The start of the new year has brought new additions to the EthoSource team and new alterations to the company’s workplace.

The Sales Department recently welcomed new Sales Assistants, Chelsea Killinger and Lisa Bachman. Chelsea received a BS in Interior Design from IUP in 2012, and was member of the ASID and IIDA.  After graduation, she worked for a design firm in Delaware before joining EthoSource.  Lisa was a fellow graduate of IUP, but in the class of 2011 and then became a full-time Group Sales and Marketing intern with the Reading Fightin Phils for the 2012 season.  She also currently coaches Field Hockey at Wilson Southern Middle School.

The Marketing Department got a completely new look as EthoSource hired Ian Gendreau as the new Director of IT and Marketing, and Nicolette Miller as Marketing Assistant.  Ian has 17 years of contract furniture experience, most recently at Spectrum Corporation in King of Prussia, PA. He is also head coach of Daniel Boone High School Boys Varsity Basketball team.  Nicolette was a student athlete at Muhlenberg College and graduated in May with a degree in Communications and Art.  She has experience in real estate marketing and media writing having worked at Re/Max of Reading Realtors and Berks County Living Magazine while in school.

The new additions reflect the continued success of the pre-owned office furniture company, but as the growing business welcomed new members to the office, they also needed to make quick changes to accommodate their increasing numbers.  Lucky for them, their specialty is just that.

The EthoSource office in Morgantown, PA is designed with their own used Herman Miller Ethospace cubicles, a refurbished tile and frame cubicle system in which the company specializes.  Their innovative designs and structural integrity make it easy to install, move, breakdown, or redesign.  With a hire and start date less than a week apart for some of the new employees, the EthoSource team was able to recreate their

office layout without any hassle.  EthoSource offers numerous variations of refurbished Ethospace tiles that allow for natural light, privacy, collaboration, and productivity.  Chelsea and Lisa work closely together in a spacious U-shaped partner workspace, while the Marketing Department can be seen collaborating through an open window tile across their cubicles.

The EthoSource office will continue to change as the team looks to grow even more in the future.  They understand companies are constantly changing and that means your office space should too.  Having a flexible workplace makes these business transitions easy.  If you want to know more about the functionality and quality of Ethospace cubicles, contact us.
