The past two weeks have been pretty eventful for the EthoSource team. After a big year including a brand new logo, complete website redesign, the opening of two new retail showrooms and stores, and all the work and excitement that went along with it, we aren’t slowing down. We’re constantly looking for ways to make our company and services better for our customers. Our new website included all new search functions and content, while our showrooms display over 100,000 sq. ft. of office furniture, both with the intent of helping customers explore and discover exactly what their office needs as quickly and efficiently as possible.
These changes gave us the ability to help you find your furniture, and now, we’ve added ways to improve your post-purchase process too. We’ve always prided ourselves on quick lead times for quality products, and as experts in what we do, we want to be able to handle every step of your office furniture project to ensure it’s as hassle-free and efficient for you as possible.
With that being said, EthoSource is very excited about two new additions to the company: our very own Paint Booth and Delivery Truck!
As we all know, one of the reasons EthoSource is unlike any other office furniture company is our ability to customize pre-owned office furniture to match each unique customer’s request through a top-notch refurbishing process, making used office furniture look new again. With our brand new paint booth, we can handle the paint customizations of cubicle parts, filing, and more, all in-house. This way, in addition to all new fabrics and finishes that we’ve always done, we can now quickly and expertly manage any paint changes or touch ups that are needed, so we can have more direct control and insight over every step of the refurbishing process. The addition of this paint booth was a big day in EthoSource history as part of fulfilling our mission to constantly improve our ability to be your complete office furniture provider in every sense of the meaning.
About a week after the first product to go through our new paint booth was complete, the flashy decals (designed by Marketing Director, Ian Gendreau) were added to our brand new delivery truck. Not only are we now the most stylish vehicle on the Schuylkill Expressway, but we’ve managed to simplify yet another step of the office furniture process. Now, with our own driver and delivery schedule, we can proficiently transfer and deliver any product purchased at one of our two retail showrooms, so you can get quickly get the furniture you need right through us.
