By taking advantage of the varying frame heights or the different kinds of tiles Ethospace has to offer, a station can be customized to a specific user. Do you have employees that need to collaborate? No problem; we can use low height frames and incorporate marker tiles for team brainstorming. Is there an employee right next to this area that is on the phone all day? Easy; we’ll use high frames and acoustic tiles to help absorb sound from coming in and going out of his or her station. Do your employees have tons of items they like to have with them at work, but you prefer not seeing their desk cluttered with them all day long? Problem solved; we’ll add flipper door units to each station to provide storage for the employees that can be hidden.
Another aspect that makes Herman Miller Ethospace great to work with is the system’s reusability. When we bring cubicle inventories into our warehouse, we are guaranteed to be able to recycle the core components of the stations. We also have the ability to offer As-Is fabric and surface options. Even if you choose to refurbish tiles and choose your own fabric, though, you still have a ton of savings because of the reuse of the core structure.
