In response to the current and ongoing need for enhanced and specialized cleaning and sanitization of employees workspaces, Ethosource Office Furniture has launched a Workspace Sanitization Program (WSP) which focuses on the cleaning and disinfecting of office furniture in the workspace. This program is not a substitute for janitorial services that may already be in place but is a process above and beyond typical commercial cleaning in an effort to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for employees.

Our focus is on your furniture assets including all desks, tables, cubicles, chairs, storage and filing as well as the electronics that reside in the individual employee workspaces.

Our sanitization process involves 3 steps which are outlined below:

  1. Deep cleaning of all furniture and surfaces in the individual workspace.
    It is important that before the disinfecting process begins that all dirt and grime be removed in order to allow for effective application of sanitization products in later steps. This includes the utilization of a Continuous Flow Recycling (CFR) machine on porous surfaces such as partition fabrics and seating upholstery.
  2. Application of Germicidal / Viricidal Cleaning solutions.
    These solutions are applied in either a “spray and go” or “wet and wipe down” manner. The product utilized is a one step disinfectant that is effective against a broad spectrum of bacteria, is virucidal and kills numerous pathogenic organisms.
  3. Utilization of Ultaviolet Germicidal Irradiation (UVGI**) equipment on furniture.
    This step provides an added layer of decontamination as it can reach more difficult to access places in the workspace.**UVGI incorporates no-touch technology and is an added layer of decontamination which leaves the entire workspace sanitized and non-infectious.
