- Filling out our online form gets your info in the hands of one of our decommission experts immediately.
- Including a floorplan and photos of your space and we will be able to see what you see.
- We can review your project in person, over video or phone call, or via email. We’re flexible… we work how you work.
- Our representative will take the time to review your specific project scope, goals, and requirements, including items like:
- Your specific timeline needs and critical dates
- Your decommission budget
- Specific requirements around sustainability, inventory, charitable donations, etc…
- Any challenging or unique logistics that your building or location may present
- A complete understanding of what your vision of a successful decommission entails
- Our mission is to provide you with a complete decommission solution, so we will make sure to address any needs related, but not specific to the furniture removal:
- Move management
- Wall patching & painting

Step 2: Strategy
- Our team of decommission experts will layout a step-by-step plan to address your requirements and lease obligations
- Our plan will be specific to your company, your needs, your location, and your challenges. It is a customized approach with your vision at the center of our focus.
- We’ll dedicate a PM to manage your entire project, from beginning to end.
- We will evaluate multiple approaches in an effort to give you options to save time, money, or both.
- We’ll identify any challenges we see that were not reviewed during the initial consultation.

Step 3: Execution
- We will manage the removal of all furniture, contents, and equipment as outlined by your custom decommission plan
- We will make sure your space is broom swept, walls patched, debris removed, etc…
- Your dedicated Project Manager will be your single point of contact and will actively manage the project from beginning to end. This includes:
- Providing you with readily available, responsive customer service throughout the project
- Coordination with other trades in your building
- Giving you daily updates, as well as reviewing any unexpected deviations from the decommission plan
- Your Project Manager will conduct a final walkthrough with you to make sure that we achieved all the project goals, and that your office decommission is 100% complete.
