Including a floorplan and photos of your space and we will be able to see what you see.
We can review your project in person, over video or phone call, or via email. We’re flexible… we work how you work.
Our representative will take the time to review your specific project scope, goals, and requirements, including items like:
Your specific timeline needs and critical dates
Your decommission budget
Specific requirements around sustainability, inventory, charitable donations, etc…
Any challenging or unique logistics that your building or location may present
A complete understanding of what your vision of a successful decommission entails
Our mission is to provide you with a complete decommission solution, so we will make sure to address any needs related, but not specific to the furniture removal:

Heavy equipment removal
Office contents & equipment move/removal
Step 2: Strategy
Our team of decommission experts will layout a step-by-step plan to address your requirements and lease obligations
Our plan will be specific to your company, your needs, your location, and your challenges. It is a customized approach with your vision at the center of our focus.
We’ll dedicate a PM to manage your entire project, from beginning to end.
We will evaluate multiple approaches in an effort to give you options to save time, money, or both.
We’ll identify any challenges we see that were not reviewed during the initial consultation.
Step 3: Execution
We will manage the removal of all furniture, contents, and equipment as outlined by your custom decommission plan
We will make sure your space is broom swept, walls patched, debris removed, etc…
Your dedicated Project Manager will be your single point of contact and will actively manage the project from beginning to end. This includes:
Providing you with readily available, responsive customer service throughout the project
Coordination with other trades in your building
Giving you daily updates, as well as reviewing any unexpected deviations from the decommission plan
Your Project Manager will conduct a final walkthrough with you to make sure that we achieved all the project goals, and that your office decommission is 100% complete.
