Shipping Policy
All orders will be processed and ship UPS Ground within 72 hours of order placement. Confirmation of shipment will be emailed to the buyer along with UPS tracking numbers so you can track your packages. Please note that a boxed chair will typically weigh in the 40-50 pound range, so please make sure you’re prepared to receive a package of that size.
Return Policy
Contract office furniture is a “made-to-order” product. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds on orders except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective. In the event your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact shopping@ethosource.com to arrange product exchange. If the packaging appears damaged, or you suspect it may have been damaged, please take photographs of the packaging before unboxing. All returns will be handled in a timely manner.
