The following information states our Refurbished Ethospace warranty on all workstations purchased through EthoSource.

Structural, non‐moving components such as frames, connectors, worksurfaces, etc. are covered under warranty for a period of 10 years from the date of installation. The warranty does not cover damage caused to the product as a result of user misuse or damage resulting from an attempted reconfiguration by the user. Normal cosmetic wear and tear to the finishes of top caps, raceway, etc. is not covered under warranty.

Movable Mechanisms
Movable mechanisms such as flipper doors, drawer glides, keyboard trays, etc. are covered for a period of 5 years from the date of installation. The warranty does not cover damage caused to the product as a result of user misuse.

Fabric
New fabric is covered against defect for a period of 5 years from the date of installation. Soiling or tearing of fabric by the end user is not covered under the warranty.

Power
Electrical components are covered under warranty for a period of 10 years from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover damage caused due to user reconfiguration, faulty wiring by an electrician, or overload by the end user. The warranty covers the product itself as originally installed by EthoSource. Task light bulbs are guaranteed to be in working condition at the time of installation, but are considered to be a consumable item and are the responsibility of the purchaser thereafter.
